A wise man once told me “ you are as good as the last thing you created”, that stuck with me. If you were ever wondering why I’m always engaged in a new project; there you have it. Truth be told, I cannot cope with a routine lifestyle. One thing I’ve realized about myself as I get older is that I can’t get comfortable with confort. Deep down inside of me, I am my best self when I am in the process of discovering and pursuing. Hence, why I stress the idea of goal setting, self evaluation and taking self inventory. I also travel a lot for this particular reason; but hey, that’s a whole other blog. Before I get into it let me just say this; this blog is not so much of a check-in but more so an update and announcement of my next endeavor. Therefore, I encourage you to read on.

Birthing the Idea
Late 2021 I was having a conversation with God. I remember specifically asking him to reveal my gifts to me. I asked him to show me something that I possess that can help others. I don’t know about you, but I am heavy on helping others and changing lives. Few weeks later, I had a revelation. I saw myself in front of an audience teaching. I could not see what the subject was but I saw that the audience was fully engaged. In the dream, I felt overwhelmed with joy. I won’t lie to you; for a second I felt like I was TD Jakes. I sat on the idea for a while until… About three months later I was having a casual conversation with my assistant at work in regards to board exams. She inquired about how I studied for my boards and I told her. Then she asked if I would ever share my secrets with someone to help them pass the boards. With no hesitation I replied yes. That simple yes gave birth to Swen academy.

Swen Academy is a master course created by my partner Marie and I to help future Dental Hygienists pass their national boards on the first try. We offer 2,000+ questions, critical thinking tips on how to take the exam, mock exams, live sessions with me and 6 months access to the course. With my in depth studies from New York University college of Dentistry and my many years of experience in the Dental field, I am confident that I can help any students pass their National Boards. To say that I am excited about this new project would be an understatement. Just the thought of helping someone step into their career or purpose brings my soul so much satisfaction. Dentistry is something I am very passionate about. I have been practicing Dentistry for seven years now and cannot picture myself doing anything else. I know the demand for Dental Hygienists is high- especially now. I trust that this is a great time to bring this to the forefront. On the other hand, I need your help.
