A PRAYER FOR 2021

Jeremiah 29:11- For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
20 days into January and I find myself still entertaining the thoughts of “what am I going to write about”. Between you and I, I spent the entire month of December praying. I dedicated an hour each morning in prayer; giving thanks, praise and searching for guidance. I’ve realized as a blogger that my voice is being used for something. I’ve spent days searching for that purpose. The last few days I’ve been trying to decide on what to write about, but there’s a voice that keeps leading me back to “prayer”. With that being said, I will obey and write a prayer for you. I hope that you find comfort, strength and happiness in these words, May you use this as a reminder that God is with you every time you grow weak. Happy new year and May God bless you.
Heavenly Father, the most high God, our redeemer we come before you with a humble heart. To you and you alone we turn our hearts, mind, and soul. Anoint us in such ways that we are effectively used by you every day of this year. We thank you for your unfailing love, and your mercy that keeps us safe daily. We thank you in advance for spiritual and natural provision. Thank you for your plans for our life. Lead us and we will follow. I ask that you have your way in each of us who is reading this prayer. Use us for your glory. Manifest in us that others may see you and not us. Bless the eyes of our understanding that we may see your plans for our life. We invite you in because we need you in every aspect of our lives- our friendships, relationships, decisions, our finances. May this year be a year of multiplication for us. Give us back everything that was stolen from us in 2020 at 100 folds. I declare healing, prosperity, clear vision, elevation, progression, success for 2021. May everything we touch be prosperous. May this year be our year. Nurture our goals and ideas, shine light on our creativity, strengthens us amidst all the adversities we may face this year. We believe you for things that you have not even done yet and things that our tongue can’t articulate. We thank you in advance great God that you are.
No weapon form against us shall prosper!
No weapon form against us shall prosper!
No weapon form against us shall prosper!
In Jesus name we pray,
Amen.
